Ahhh!

Maybe I am the only one, but blogger is about to drive me crazy! I can't upload pictures, format my writing! I can't do anything! If you have a solution please let me know! And I will put more pictures up as soon as I can get it to work!!!!!

I thought everyone had been upgraded: maybe not.

In your dashboard, there should be a message: probably on the right sidebar somewhere, inviting you to switch to Blogger Beta. (Which actually isn't really Beta anymore.)

(I think you'll need to set up a Google account if you don't have one already. It will prompt you when you upgrade.)

This will likely resolve the problems your having... but if it doesn't, don't blame me!
