Pumpkin Patch Fun!

If my Children look like they are wilting...that is because it is still 95* outside. We will not be stopped though, we are determined to enjoy the splendors of fall!

The List of I Love Yous

I caught Jaelynn sitting at her little table rambling off everybody that she loves. In her own little world of bliss and love!

"Don't Poop"

Jaelynn was lecturing the dogs that they needed not to poop in the yard because then she and Papa had to clean it all up!

Waffles, Ice Cream and Strawberries

During the weekend that Olivia and Jaelynn spent with my Mom and Dad, Papa(my Dad) made the girls his famous waffles.

Welcome Fall!

Today was really the first day that we were comfortable in pants and long sleeve t-shirts all day. Granted it was still 85* outside but our strong Santa Ana winds kept things cool enough to want to wear our "comfy cozies" and made it feel a little more like fall. The wind always makes my girls giddy, which includes running and dancing as they feel the gusts of wind blowing through there hair!

Nesting

Dan has joked continually this last week that he is ready to come home to find that I have gathered twigs and sticks and made myself a comfy nest in the middle of our living room. Well I have yet to make a nest, but if you would have walked through my house over the last week you would have assumed I was either moving in or out. I have, over the last week proceeded to take everything out of cupboards, off bookshelves, emptied drawers etc. I can not seem to slow down, staying up 'till all hours of the night and up EARLY. Which, if any of you know me well, I DO NOT DO MORNINGS GRACEFULLY! Yesterday I enlisted the help of my sister, Melissa, to help me with a couple of the last lagging organizational projects. (Thank you Liss) The biggest challenge was toys. Tomorrow morning ARC foundation is coming to collect ten bags of stuff that I am no longer in need of! Hurray!!! It always feels so good to purge of all the junk we think we need. Now I have all my home decor magazines out trying to figure out what colors I want walls painted and how to decorate as inexpensively as possible.

The Delight in My Life

Three More Weeks!!!

This is an odd picture I know, but it is my birth kit. It has everything that I need to deliver this baby at home with my wonderful midwife! We are so excited to be experiencing this birth in the comfort of our own home! I can't believe that the time is drawing so near...I am starting to worry about being ready.

Lil Mommy

I am so amazed that even at such a young age that little girls are such good Mommies!
Jae and Livvy could spend hours cuddling, feeding, bathing, nursing, and cooing at their baby dolls! Jaelynn has become so great at caring for her cousin Jackson and is impatiently waiting for her new baby sister. There is nothing that moves my heart more than when she puts her hand on my ever growing belly and asks, "Baby moving?"

A Weekend Escape!

Oh to be a pig...don't they always look so happy?
La Purisima Mission
Dan trying his hand at preaching!

A great cup of coffee on a rainy day...
In a bright pink, french bakery.
A walk around Flag Is Up Farm, where we saw a horse being started!
Relaxing...that was much needed!
OK and a little jumping on the bed!
Dan and I think that having a date night once in awhile is great! Nothing compares to getting away for a whole weekend. We went up North just a little ways where we enjoyed being spontaneous, only having ONE suitcase and uninterrupted conversations! It was wonderful to get away, and just as wonderful to get home to our little ones.

SOOOO cute!

Decorating Sugar Cookies with London

I am not sure that many of them were completly decorated before completly being licked!

Motherhood is Delightful and Exhausting!
