Dan called this our "Hillbilly Hot Tub" We filled it with the hot water from the washing machine. Let me tell you, there is nothing more relaxing than being in the water while in labor.
Everyone who was at the birth was teasing me because I seemed to stay smiling even while in hard labor. Hey, I've done this twice before. Nothing to it! :)
I have learned that I am very impatient! Every day that I was pregnant, I became more cranky. Sally came to spend the week leading up to my due date with us in hopes of being at the birth. She was an amazing help as I was still recovering from a bummed ankle. During the week the Girls, Daniel, Sally and I kept busy having fun and trying to keep my mind off the fact that I was past my due date. The girls played outside under the beautiful sunny sky, dressed up in all of my shoes and helped Daniel get some work done.
My girls can spend countless hours down at the horses with Aunt Lissa and Uncle Boots. They hangout on the fence waiting for a ride. Jaelynn is getting quite good at riding these days, much to her Daddy's delight!
I was looking through pictures on Dans laptop and realised that he had uploaded pictures from our Cancun trip last March. Just for fun, I thought I would post a few!
