More East Coast!

My sister-in-law has done an amazing job posting East Coast pictures show please check out there blog at www.parishfam.blogspot.com ! She has many more pictures!

Jamestown

Our first day on the East Coast was spent at Jamestown and Yorktown! Oh! the history in both places is amazing! In Jamestown we explored an Indian village, three ships that brought the men to Jamestown and the Jamestown settlement! Of course it has all been recreated so that people can imagine what it use to be! They had actors dressed up telling you all about the history of the people and the place!

This Says It All!

A plaque my sister bought me for my kitchen! Boy! isn't it so true! I have been so blessed with a wonderful husband, daughter, home and family! I thank God for this "wonderful life"!!

A Future sewer!

As you may know Mommy and Amma love to quilt! They have ALOT of fabric and UFOs (unfinished objects)! They were trying to organize all of their endless boxes last Saturday! When they went out to the new sowing room for a minute, and Daddy was watching me, I decided I would help by dumping out boxes! Mommy and Amma came back inside to see that quite a bit of their work had been undone! I was having so much fun that they let me play for a bit longer and Amma took my picture! I can't wait until I can make quilts too! Thank you Amma for all your FUN FABRICS!!!

Food Face!

The one thing that is more fun to Jaelynn than eating...
is covering her self in whatever she is eating!

Time To Drop The Mattress!

Jaelynn had such a look of accomplishment on her face when I discovered her standing up in her crib for the very first time!

Baby Who!

We can not wait to meet the newest baby in our family! My most wonderful cousin, Angela and her husband are expecting a baby girl mid September! Oh !and baby girls are the most fun! Our prayers are with the happy couple as the prepare for there little one! ( We are anxious to find out what they name her)

Watching TV with Daddy and Uncle Danny

We were all staying in Temecula before heading to San Diego for a baby shower! As I was finished getting ready I stepped out of the bathroom to find the boys and Jaelynn very entertained by the infamous television! At least they were watching something educational...sort of!

Catching Up!

To all our loyal blog readers,

I hope you haven't completly given up on me! I promise to keep things current and not let so much time pass between posts! So here we go with our summer!

Helping Daddy!

Jaelynn thought it was great fun to help daddy bid jobs! She sat on the table, on top of his drawings and colored with his favorite pen and the highlighters! She had more highlighter on her than anything else!

Oh So Hot!!!

Please forgive me for not posting anything new, but due to the hot, hot record breaking temperatures in Woodland Hills our internet network is down! And boy, am I frustrated! I spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to get it working last Saturday only to be disconnected! AHHHHH!!!! I hope to have everything up and running soon enough because we have been busy this summer and I have some FUN pictures! Hope all of the rest of you are enjoying your summers and staying cool! Because I know we are not the only ones facing this yucky heat!

More Kauai to come! There are so many pictures, I have to decide which others to post!

Congratulations!

Melissa and Daniel are engaged to be married! They are a match made in heaven! We are so excited to welcome Daniel into our family! Besides every family needs two Daniels right?

Jaelynn taking a nap (that was very rare)

That spider...they call them GARDEN SPIDERS!!! I am glad ours arn't that big!

The spouting horn was incredible!

Beautiful Waimaia Canyon!

Hanging out with Almost Uncle Daniel!

Taking the Plunge!!!!

A 25 ft plunge into a pool of...well...not exactly warm water! Daniel Cadby went first!
It took a while but Mel finally just ran and jumped the first time and jumped with Dad the second time around!
There was no stopping Dad!
Mom suprised us all when she was one of the first to jump!
And I jumped for my hunny! I knew that he would of loved jumping from all the rocks and from the rope swing! It really wasn't all that bad once you just jumped!

Look At Me Go...

Six months already...

Two teeth, starting to crawl, babbling all the time and has begun to throw nice big fits! It's hard to believe that it has already been half a year! Rolling and sitting up are just of a few of her accomplishments this last month! She loves fruit but is not a big fan of vegetables! The joy of our days!

A nice way to come home...

Daniel offered to take Jaelynn for an hour or so while I made a quick trip to the gym! Taking advantage of the offer I hurried off...worried the whole time that maybe she was crying and misbehaving! There was nothing more wonderful to come home to, a sleeping husband and baby!
